Elementor Studio assigns templates by condition
The vendor states that the theme ships WpResidence Elementor and WpResidence Elementor Studio plugins that work with the free Elementor plugin from the WordPress repository. Studio is the part that matters for structure: it lets you design templates for single property pages, property lists, category and taxonomy pages, agent, agency and developer profiles, blog posts, headers and footers, then assign templates by category or condition. That is template-level control, not just a page builder canvas, and it is the reason the theme can produce a property page that looks nothing like the default demo.
The vendor's description also records a set of recent design additions, including a new editorial-style property slider layout, a horizontal agent card variant, and a two-column energy performance and greenhouse gas index option. These are styling choices rather than architecture, but they show where the design surface is expanding.
How Listings, Search and Maps Behave
The vendor describes search forms that accept unlimited fields, including custom fields, with multiple layouts, AJAX auto-complete for city, area or state, and built-in location dependencies. In practice, that combination is what stops a search from returning listings in a city the visitor never selected.
Beyond the map, the theme carries property-level tooling the vendor lists explicitly: subunits attached to individual properties and shown in search results and on property pages, printable PDFs where you choose which fields and images appear, attached documents such as brochures and floor plans, virtual tours embedded in content or used as header media, side-by-side property comparison, and similar-listing suggestions based on location, category and property type. Favourites work for logged-in visitors and guests alike.
Registration Roles, Front-End Submission and Paid Listings
WPResidence structures users rather than treating everyone as a subscriber. At registration, the vendor says people can pick standard user, agent, agency or developer, and admins can switch each role on or off and decide whether profiles publish automatically or wait for approval. Agencies and developers get dashboards for managing their own agents and toggling listings.
Standard users are the interesting case. The vendor allows property submission without a public profile, or restricts those accounts to saved searches and favourites only. That gives you a genuine choice between open submission and a read-only audience.
Monetisation runs through WooCommerce, which the vendor lists as supporting membership submissions or paid submissions through any gateway WooCommerce supports. The description also notes Stripe integration following SCA and 3D Secure requirements for EU processors, plus GDPR features such as consent checkboxes on contact forms and user-managed profile deletion. Memberships can be packaged per user type, so agents, agencies and developers do not have to share one plan.
Inside the Built-In CRM and Its Outbound Connections
The CRM is the most consequential recent addition, and the vendor describes it in operational terms: an overview dashboard following the flow from enquiries to contacts, leads and deals; an enquiries inbox covering property forms, schedule-tour requests and other site enquiries; contact records with lifecycle stages, lead source and type, assigned agent, filters, search and CSV import/export; and a deals pipeline in board or list view. Tasks, an activity timeline, CRM statistics and prebuilt automations complete the set. Admins can run everything centrally or let each agent, agency or developer manage their own contacts and pipeline from the front end.
A separate CRM settings panel handles contact stages, lead sources and prefixes, deal stages and their colours, task statuses and priorities. Outbound connections are named too: HubSpot via API token with optional deal-stage mapping, Twilio SMS for CRM alerts, and CRM webhooks for external services and automation.
The vendor also updated the contact form builder with additional field types, per-field validation messages and webhook URLs for sending submissions to newsletter tools and CRM platforms. If your lead handling lives outside WordPress, these hooks are the part to check against your stack before you buy, because they determine whether the CRM is the system of record or merely a staging area.
Translation tools for agency websites
The vendor says the theme is translated into 32 languages, created with automatic translation tools and editable from the admin, and lists multilingual demos including Arabic/RTL alongside Spanish, German, Portuguese, French and Italian. It also states the theme was officially tested with Weglot and WPML, and that any language can be handled through standard .PO/.MO files.
