Inoterior

WordPress theme

Inoterior is ThemetechMount's WordPress theme for architecture and interior design studios, built on Elementor. Its distinguishing addition is an AI search and chat layer — quick answers, a chatbot, voice and image search, recent and trending queries — introduced in version 5.9 and switchable from Theme Options. The article covers what that layer does, how the sidebar controls and demo-section mixing affect the build, the translation and typography setup, and the shop history worth knowing before importing a demo.

The AI search and chat layer is the reason to look at Inoterior

Most portfolio themes for studios compete on the number of finished project grids. The vendor's description leads with something else: an AI Smart Search package listed as AI quick answers, an integrated chatbot, instant suggestions, voice search, image search, recent search history and trending keywords, with results returned by AJAX.

Read together, those pieces describe a different entry point into a studio site. A visitor holding a photograph of a room can search with the image instead of describing it; someone on a phone can speak a query. Trending keywords and recent searches surface what other visitors looked for, which suits a catalogue of project types and finishes better than a plain keyword field. The vendor says the layer sits inside the theme's own search and can be switched on or off from Theme Options — useful if a client wants a conventional box.

This is a late addition, not an original feature. The changelog dates the search and chatbot work to version 5.9, released 28 July 2026. Treat the feature list as a statement of intended behaviour; the listing does not explain what an AI answer draws on or what setup it needs.

Elementor builds the pages, and demo sections are meant to be combined

Elementor is the builder the vendor names, and the description frames editing around live preview: select an element, adjust it, see the result. The marketplace attribute for Gutenberg Optimized is marked No, which describes the editing route the vendor supports rather than the absence of the block editor. Ordinary posts can still be written in blocks; what you should not assume is that a page composed in blocks will reproduce the demo layouts.

The vendor's pre-purchase answers say every demo shown on the live preview comes with the theme, that sections from different demos can be mixed, and that the theme works as a one-page site. Mixing is the practical point: a studio can take a full-bleed project hero from one demo and a services column from another instead of committing to one look. The vendor's changelog also records demo-import fixes, including version 5.7 resolving a blog page being assigned as the homepage after a one-click import, so check the front page after importing rather than assuming it lands correctly.

Sidebar placement is the setting that changes page structure

The Sidebar Manager lets you place a sidebar left, right or full width, and apply that globally, per page or per post. That granularity is the part worth testing first. A portfolio entry that reads best with a narrow project-details column can carry a right sidebar while service pages run full width, and you avoid building a separate template for each variation.

The surrounding set is modest but specific: three or more header styles, six or more ready demos, and custom post formats for standard, gallery, link, quote, video and audio. For an architecture practice the gallery and video formats are the ones that fit built work and walkthroughs. A page loader with 15+ animated GIFs — or your own file — is also listed, which tells you the theme leans toward a presented, image-led site.

Selling decorative pieces alongside project work

The vendor describes WooCommerce as compatible and says several shop layouts are ready to use, with selling unique decorative items given as the example. That matters if the studio sells objects rather than running a brochure.

Two caveats belong here. The listing's compatible-with attribute names WooCommerce 5.x through 10.x, which is a vendor declaration rather than a test against your plugin stack. And the changelog shows the shop touching demo import directly: version 5.7 fixed import problems caused by a missing WooCommerce dependency and added WooCommerce as a recommended plugin. If you plan to import a demo and then build a shop, that history is worth knowing before you start.

Translation, RTL and typography controls

The vendor states support for both WPML and Polylang, so the paid and free translation routes are both open, and the core feature line lists "WPML + RTL Support" — the reason the product name carries the RTL suffix and the detail that matters for anyone publishing in Arabic or Hebrew.

Typography and colour are handled through controls rather than hard-coded styles. The vendor lists 600+ Google Fonts assignable separately to the logo, body text, menu, submenu, H1 through H6 and widget titles, with colour pickers for the header, topbar, footer and bottom bar. Retina and responsive treatment are claimed, and the marketplace records high-resolution support. A child theme is listed too, which gives CSS changes somewhere to live that survives a parent-theme update.

What the listing declares, observed 4 November 2026

The software version attribute spans WordPress 5.0.x through 7.1.x, with compatible browsers listed as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Edge and IE11. Bundled files are recorded as PHP, CSS, JS and PSD, with documentation marked well documented and widgets ready. These are marketplace declarations, not results from running the theme on a particular host or PHP build.

One vendor note matters more than any version number for planning. Preview images are described as display-only and are not part of the purchase files, so project photography, room shots and furniture styling must be sourced separately. On a studio site, where the imagery largely is the content, that is a budget line rather than a footnote.

The decision usually comes down to the search layer. If the site's job is helping visitors hunt through project types, finishes and services, the voice, image and chatbot entry points offer something most architecture themes lack — and the Theme Options switch lets you turn them off if a client prefers a standard search box.

Questions & answers

Does the AI search layer work without extra setup?

The vendor says the search integrates with the theme's own search and can be enabled or disabled from Theme Options, which describes where it sits rather than what configuration the AI answers require. The changelog dates it to version 5.9; the listing does not explain what an AI answer draws on.

Can the demos be used as a one-page site?

The vendor's pre-purchase answers say the theme is compatible with a one-page system and that sections from different demos can be combined. The specific layouts are shown on the vendor's live demo.

Do the demo photographs come with the theme?

No. The vendor's note says preview images are for display purposes only and are not included in the purchase files. Plan on licensing or shooting your own project and interior photography.

Act

Act, by KlbTheme, is organised around raising money rather than around a page builder: the seller lists a crowdfunding system, GiveWP, Stripe, PayPal and offline donation routes, and templates for causes, events and a WooCommerce shop. This article follows the donation toolkit, the cause and event structure, the WPBakery-first editing workflow with its later Elementor demo, and the theme options panel that controls fonts and typography. Declared compatibility and archive contents are read as the seller's claims, not as tested results.
