Autozone

WordPress theme

Autozone, by Templines, is a WordPress theme whose main asset is TM Booking, a rental system the vendor bundles into WooCommerce: each reservation creates a real order, dates and seasons carry their own pricing rules, booked dates block themselves, extras and pick-up locations are priced into the total, and staff can be alerted over WhatsApp, Telegram or Twilio SMS. The article covers how that booking-to-order path works, what you configure before taking the first reservation, how availability and tariffs interact, and where Elementor sits in the picture.

A reservation becomes a WooCommerce order

The vendor's description of Autozone leads with a rental engine called TM Booking, and the mechanics are unusually concrete. When a customer books, the system creates an order in WooCommerce automatically. Payment runs through whatever WooCommerce gateway you have configured — the vendor names Stripe, PayPal and credit cards as the supported set — and the order status follows the reservation from booking to payment to confirmation.

One detail changes how your shop looks. TM Booking creates a hidden "Booking" product in the WooCommerce catalogue, so bookings pass through the shop's normal order pipeline without that placeholder product appearing to customers. If you already sell cars, parts or services in WooCommerce, expect that hidden entry in the product list and leave it alone.

The practical consequence is that revenue from rentals lands in the same place as everything else you sell. Reports, refunds and order emails go through WooCommerce rather than a separate ledger, which is convenient for a dealer who rents and sells, and limiting if you want bookings kept apart from the store.

What you configure before the first booking

Pricing is rule-based rather than a single rate field. The vendor lists seasonal and dynamic pricing with holiday, weekend and seasonal rates, date-based rules that carry a priority order, and price overrides for individual dates. Automatic calculation then applies the right rate to the dates a customer selects, and the calendar shows price indicators so you can see where the expensive days sit.

Tariffs are set separately from those date rules. Autozone supports hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rentals, calculates cost in real time as dates change, applies long-term rental discounts, and converts an hourly rate into a daily one automatically once a booking crosses the threshold you define. A minimum rental duration is set alongside, so a customer cannot book a two-hour window when your business does not work that way.

The ordering to watch is which rule wins. If a holiday override and a weekly discount both apply to the same dates, the vendor's mention of priority management is the setting that decides the outcome, so build your rate table in that order — base tariffs, then date rules, then overrides — rather than layering discounts and hoping.

Date protection is the part that prevents support calls

Availability rules do the quiet work. Booked dates block automatically, so a vehicle drops out of the selectable range the moment an order exists. You can also block dates by hand for reservations taken offline or for servicing, which matters if your phone still rings more than your form.

The vendor names a double-booking protection system, working hours and day restrictions, and minimum rental period enforcement. Together those settings describe a rental calendar that behaves like a business calendar: closed days stay closed, short bookings are refused rather than reviewed, and two customers cannot hold the same car on the same afternoon.

Whether the protection holds across every payment edge case — an abandoned checkout, an order later refunded, a manual block added mid-session — is not something the vendor's text answers, and it is not something this page tests. Ask that question of a staging install with two browsers open before you rely on it.

Extras and locations are line items, not notes

Additional services are priced and attached to the booking rather than handled in an email thread. The vendor lists child seats, GPS, insurance and a driver service as extra options, each charged as a fixed amount or a percentage, categorised in a hierarchy, and added to the final invoice automatically. For a rental business, the percentage option is the useful one: insurance priced as a share of the rental total scales with the booking instead of being a flat fee that loses money on long hires.

Locations work the same way. Autozone supports multiple pick-up and drop-off points, vehicle delivery, location-based pricing, and both free and paid delivery options, organised in a hierarchy. That structure suits an operator with a main depot and satellite lots, or one that charges to bring a car to an airport versus handing over keys at the office.

Because services and location fees feed the invoice, the order total a customer sees in WooCommerce should reflect the full reservation. Confirm that on the demo with a booking that includes an extra and a paid delivery before you publish rates.

Notifications and the admin view

The vendor claims three external notification channels: WhatsApp Business API, Telegram Bot messages and SMS via Twilio, alongside automatic booking confirmations and an admin notification system. These are integration claims from the product description, not verified message delivery — each depends on your own account credentials, approved templates and per-message costs with those providers.

The admin side is a calendar with colour-coded statuses the vendor names as ON HOLD, Active, Completed and Upcoming, month navigation, and a view that shows vehicle model, customer details and booking times. Booking statistics cover totals, active and completed counts, upcoming reservations and a calendar load overview.

Read as a whole, the calendar is the screen your staff will live in. A colour-coded status model only helps if the statuses mean what your team assumes, so check on the demo how a booking moves from hold to active once payment clears.

Where Elementor fits, and what the listing actually says

Design work sits in Elementor, and the marketplace lists both Elementor and Elementor Pro as compatible. Autozone is widget-ready and marked high resolution, and the package file list names PHP, CSS and JS files. The vendor also mentions a one-click demo import of pre-built auto-business pages and free updates signalled in the admin panel.

The listings record Gutenberg Optimized as "No". That attribute says the vendor has not built the theme around the block editor; it is not a statement that the block editor is unavailable to you.

There is a mismatch worth naming. The product title promises an auto dealer theme, and the marketplace highlights cover auto parts, taxi and yachts rental as well as car rental — but the feature list is overwhelmingly rental operations. A dealership that only lists stock for sale will pay for a booking engine it never configures. A rental operator, or a dealer that does both, is the buyer this theme is actually built for.

Autozone's declared WordPress range runs from 5.0.x through 7.0.x, recorded from the marketplace listing on 4 November 2026. That is a vendor compatibility claim, not a test against your plugin stack, and the marketplace version number is not the same as whatever build you end up installing.

Questions & answers

Does Autozone work without WooCommerce?

The rental system the vendor describes is built on WooCommerce: bookings create orders, payments run through WooCommerce gateways, and a hidden "Booking" product is created in the catalogue. If you need bookings without a WooCommerce store behind them, this theme's main feature is not the tool for that.

Can I take bookings for cars rented offline?

The vendor lists manual date blocking for offline reservations, so a car booked by phone or in person can be held out of the online calendar. The working hours and day restrictions plus minimum rental enforcement apply to the booking flow you configure.

Is Autozone suitable for a dealership that only sells cars?

The title says auto dealer, but the described feature set is rental operations — pricing by date, availability blocking, extras, locations and booking notifications. A sales-only dealership would configure almost none of it, while a business that both sells and rents gets the most from the package.

Act

Act, by KlbTheme, is organised around raising money rather than around a page builder: the seller lists a crowdfunding system, GiveWP, Stripe, PayPal and offline donation routes, and templates for causes, events and a WooCommerce shop. This article follows the donation toolkit, the cause and event structure, the WPBakery-first editing workflow with its later Elementor demo, and the theme options panel that controls fonts and typography. Declared compatibility and archive contents are read as the seller's claims, not as tested results.

Aora

Aora is a Thembay WooCommerce theme aimed at home, lifestyle, craft and handmade stores, edited in Elementor and paired with Redux theme options. Its distinguishing claim is multi-vendor readiness: the vendor names Dokan, WC Marketplace/MultiVendorX, WCFM and WC Vendors. The changelog shows steady WooCommerce template catch-up plus four releases fixing local file inclusion and XSS issues, which makes release currency the practical thing to judge.

ART

ART, by SeaTheme, is a portfolio theme built around its portfolio index: the grid or masonry list can pull from posts, portfolio items, WooCommerce products or the media library across 1-12 columns, with filtering, load-more or infinite scroll. Masonry placement is hand-edited rather than computed, and single project pages are composed from gallery, text, slider and video elements. The article covers that listing system, the project-page variants, the BM Content Builder editing model with Elementor and WPBakery as alternatives, the header and mobile typography controls, and what the marketplace declares and includes.
