Albums and galleries for organizing photography
Rockford’s vendor description treats albums and galleries as the main way to arrange photography work. Albums can use different page layouts and display full-screen pictures; the theme also allows private albums and galleries. That makes the collection structure relevant if you need to separate work into distinct public and private groupings. These are vendor-described capabilities, not results of installation or runtime testing.
Choose how images meet the page
Full-screen pictures can be used across pages and Portfolio items. For page headers, Rockford offers different layouts, including a full-screen image at the top or no header. The vendor also describes an option to disable the header on its Showcase page template, giving that template a more specific control.
Filter the portfolio and shape the blog
The vendor lists an AJAX dynamic Portfolio filter, and says you can set how many items appear and which category filters apply to Blog and Portfolio page content. These controls let you curate what visitors see in those areas. The description also lists several blog layout variants, so the blog can have a presentation distinct from the image portfolio.
